How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. All orders are intuitively selected and charged for you. 

Processing time may vary depending on holidays and special promotional events. If you have a question regarding your order status, please contact us.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via e-mail after your order has been processed and shipped. 

How long does shipping take?

We estimate your order to arrive within 3-7 business days (after processing) for standard flat rate shipping. Orders placed on or after Friday will be shipped on Monday. 

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed and you need to cancel your order or make any changes please contact us so we can do so immediately.
